Yes! We offer local delivery throughout Springfield and the greater Eugene area. Delivery orders can be placed through our website or by calling us at +1 541-746-6911. Delivery times are typically 30–45 minutes depending on your location and order volume.
We understand plans change! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at +1 541-746-6911. We can accommodate changes if your order hasn't been prepared yet. Once food preparation has begun, modifications may be limited, but we'll always do our best to help.
Menu & Food
Absolutely! Our tacotime menu features a variety of vegetarian-friendly items including bean tacos, veggie burritos, and fresh salads. Several items can be made vegan by substituting dairy toppings. Check our full menu page for dietary tags on each item, or ask our staff when ordering.
Yes — freshness is at the heart of the Taco Time experience. We source our produce from local Oregon farms whenever possible, and our proteins are prepared fresh daily. We never use pre-frozen fillings for our signature taco time menu items. Quality you can taste in every bite.
Of course! Customization is one of our favorite things. When ordering online or by phone, simply note your preferences in the special instructions field. You can add, remove, or substitute most toppings and proteins. Our kitchen team will do their best to accommodate any reasonable request. Extra guac? Yes, please!

We recommend booking catering at least 5–7 business days in advance for smaller events (under 30 guests), and 2–3 weeks for larger events. Last-minute catering requests may be accommodated depending on availability — please call us at +1 541-746-6911 to check.
Our standard catering packages start at a minimum of 10 guests. We offer tiered packages designed for groups of 10–20, 21–50, and 50+ guests. Custom pricing is available for events outside these ranges. Contact us via our Catering page for a personalized quote.
